摘要
义务教育三级课程经历了十年的实验,教师普遍认为符合教育发展的需求。从对西南地区农村学校的调查来看,各省基本建立了三级课程体系,国家课程得到了有效实施,但艺体等课程实施仍不理想;地方课程和校本课程的开发热火朝天,建立了相关的制度和开发模式,取得了一些成效,但也存在监管不力等问题;农村学校三级课程的实施遭受观念、评价、师资、课程资源等主要问题,需要探寻相应的对策,不断改进。
Through ten years of experiments,the Three-Level System of Curriculum of Rural Elementary Education is widely believed by teachers to have met the demand of education development.From the surveys carried out to the rural schools in southwest region,every province has almost built the Three-Level System of Curriculum.The national curriculums have been put into effect very well,but art,physical curriculums are far from satisfactory.The development of local curriculum and school based curriculum are in full swing.Some achievements have been made but still insufficient in some aspects.The implementation of Three-Level System of Curriculum in rural schools face some principal problems,such as concept,evaluation,teacher resources,curriculum resource and so on.We need to put forward measures,making a continuous improvement on these aspects.
