摘要
文章从PtSiIRCCD肖特基势垒探测器的基本工作原理出发 ,研究了PtSi肖特基势垒探测器阵列所产生的噪声。分析了噪声种类、产生根源及机理。探讨了减小及消除各种噪声影响的方法。
The noise of PtSi Schottky-barrier detectors(SBDs) is investigated based on the basic operation principle of the devices. The paper analyzes the types, causes and mechanism of the noise and describes the method to reduce and remove the noise.
