摘要
低碳产业创新系统作为具有动态行为的非线性系统,其运行符合系统动力学的一般原理,即结构功能原理、主导回路原理和整体性原理。依据系统动力学的原理和模型设计原则,构建出低碳产业创新系统动态运行的因果关系图和流图,并确定系统中各主要变量之间的定性及数量关系。在此基础上,以安徽省高技术产业创新系统为对象,对其系统运行进行动态仿真实证分析。
As a nonlinear system of dynamic behavior, the operation of low-carbon industry innovation system is in line with the general principles of system dynamics, namely the structure and function theory, the dominant circuit theory and the integrity theory. Based on the principles of system dynamics and model design, the paper constructs the causality and flow chart diagram of the system, and determines the qualitative and quantitative relationship between the major variables. On this basis, the paper takes the high-tech industry innovation system in Anhui Province as an object and analyzes its running process by the means of simulation.
