管理就是借助他人的力量实现个人或组织的目标。管理的本质就是借力。借力于人力和物力。通过管理思想、管理制度和管理行为产生:尊重型力量、情感型力量、意志型力量、激励型力量、强制型力量、原则型力量、地位型力量、资源型力量、评审型力量、专家型力量、信息型力量、机遇型力量、魅力型力量、关系型力量等。管理的成功与否,就是看借助这些力量的到位与否、充分与否。
