对三网融合条件下广电和电信的竞争态视进行了分析,讨论了三网融合条件下县级有线电视的业务运营,针对电信蚕食有线电视的现状,提出了广电的应对策略。

This paper analyses the competition situation between the radio and TV industry and the telecommunications industry under the condition of three-network convergence, discusses the service operation of county level CATV. According to the current situation that the CATV subscribers are being grabbed by the telecommunications industry, the Coping strategies of CATV are offered.
