Study on the Evolutionary Track of Christensen's Disruptive Innovation Theory

破坏性创新理论受到了旨在发挥后发优势的企业和国家的广泛关注。通过介绍管理理论建构程序的涵义及将其作为演进主线的可行性,并以此为标杆分析Christensen的破坏性创新理论在不同理论建构阶段的演进过程,借此厘清过去的阶段性成果、现有新成果及未来研究方向。

More and more firms and countries pay much attention to the disruptive innovation theory to direct them to gain advantage in postponement. This paper explains what the building process of management theory is, and why the process is quite feasible to study theory evolution. Then, using it as benchmark, this paper analyzes the different ongoing evolu- tion progresses in different building stages of Christensen＇s theory. The conclusion sheds light on the pieces of history, the present study results and the future research.
