摘要
针对车间负荷控制中缓存设置难以确定的问题,先以车间排队网理论为基础,建立针对多级流水线车间缓存设置参数的仿真模型并验证了结果的有效性,在模型中嵌入启发式优化算法,并比较了以不同参数为优化目标的算法得到结果的优劣,选取了以任务拒绝比率为优化目标的启发式算法,最后针对仿真结果,得到了以企业产量预设值为目标的多级流水线车间缓存设置参数,为确定流水线车间负荷控制界限提供了一种快速有效的研究方法。
Based on the workshop queuing network theory, a simulation model for the buffer allocation parameters in multistage flow shop was established and the effectiveness of results was verified. A heuristic algorithm was embedded into the model and the results obtained by different parameters were compared. At last, the heuristic algorithra with task rejection rate as the optimization objective was selected. Based on the simulation results, the buffer allocation parameters with preset value of yield as the goal were obtataed.
