介绍某汽车调整垫片精密冲裁级进模设计,详细剖析此零件的冲压工艺、模具结构、设计特点,解决了以往冲压工艺存在的缺陷,保证了零件的精度,提高了生产率。
A fine blanking progressive die was designed for an automobile adjusting spacer. Based on detailed analysis of the stamping process, die structure and design features, the defects in previous stamping process were avoided. Meanwhile, the spacer precision was guaranteed and the productivity was improved.
