摘要
通过使用DYNAFORM软件将模具结构划分成网格并调入剪料的数模网格进行数字化模拟,以达到缩短模具调试周期和提高试模成功率的目的,同时分析如何利用有限元分析软件提高材料利用率。
The die structure was divided into grid by DYNAFORM and the digital module grid was simulated, in which the test period was greatly shortened and the success rate was improved. The application of FEA software in improving the material utilization was studied.
