2011年8月对鄱阳湖进行全湖大采样中发现了一种鲜见报道的水华蓝藻种类——旋折平裂藻(Merismopedia convolute Breb.Kützing).本文对该种的主要形态特征进行描述,并介绍它在鄱阳湖内的分布区域和生境.

During our recent ecological survey in Lake Poyang in August 2011, a new type of bloom-forming cyanobacterial species--Merismopedia convolute Breb. KUtzing was identified. The present study described its morphological features and distribution in the lake.
