摘要
CdTe量子点(CdTe-QDs)标记胃泌素抗体(AbGAs)的产物(CdTe-QDs-AbGAs)不仅能保持CdTe-QDs的RTP优良特性,而且还可作为磷光传感器与胃泌素(GAS)发生高特异性的免疫反应,生成的免疫反应产物(GAS-AbGAs-CdTe-QDs导致体系的AIp剧烈增加,并且与GAS含量成线性关系,据此建立了CdTe-QDs-AbGAs磷光传感器固体基质室温磷光免疫法(SSRTPIA)测定GAS的新方法.这种高特异性的、准确的、选择性好的、灵敏的传感器用于生物样品中GAS含量的测定及人体疾病的诊断,结果与放射免疫法相吻合.
Using CdTe quantum dots (CdTe-QDs) for labelling the product of gastrin antibody (AbGAS) (CdTe-QDs-AbGAS) can maintain good RTP characteristics of CdTe-QDs. This technique can also be used as the temperature phosphorescence (RTP) sensor and carry out highly specific immunoreaction with gastrin (GAS) to generate GAS-AbGAS-CdTe-QDs causing the AIp of the system to sharply enhance. Thus, a new solid substrate room temperature phosphorescence immunoassay (SSRTPIA) for the determination of ,GAS will be established based on the linear relativity between the AIp of the system and the content of GAS. This ]highly specific, accurate, selective and sensitive RTP sensor has been applied for the determination of GAS in biological samples and the diagnosis of human diseases, and the results agree well with those obtained by radioimmunometric assay (RIA).
