摘要
探寻切实可行的主体功能区管理模式,是"十二五"时期的重要课题之一。统筹考虑未来中国人口分布、经济布局及国土划分类型、主体功能等,可以有效打破行政区划对区域经济一体化的约束,有利于制定更具针对性的区域发展政策,有利于国家宏观调控目标的实现。
It＇s one of the important topics of the ＂12th Five-Year＂ plan period that explore the feasible major functional area management model. The overall consideration to the future of China＇s population distribution, economic layout and land division types, the main function etc., that can effectively break the constraints of the administrative divisions of the regional economic integration, facilitate the development of more targeted regional development policies, national macro-control targets achieved.
