摘要
随着实践的发展,反生产行为已经成为企业管理领域中一项不可忽视的议题,日益受到国内外学者的关注。然而令人遗憾的是,在该领域至今还没有形成比较权威的概念界定,缺乏有效的概念整合,直接影响到研究的深化与共享。因此,比较系统地追踪和梳理反生产行为概念的形成与演进脉络,对各种与之相关的概念术语的异同进行比较和分析,以反生产行为作为一个统一的概念来整合所有相似或有关的行为来界定反生产行为概念的核心内涵至关重要。
With the development of the practice, counter-productive behavior has become an issue which can not be ignored in the field of business management, and inereasingly the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Regrettably, however, it is still not formed in this area, the authority of the definition, the lack of effective integration of the concept of a direct impact on the deepening and sharing of research. Therefore, a more systematic tracking and combing the context of counterproductive behavior the coneept of the formation and evolution, compare and analyze the similarities and differences of the assoeiated concept of the term, eounter-produetive behaviors as a unified concept to integrate all similar or related behavior to define the eore substance of the eoncept of counter-produetive behavior is essential.
