摘要
以桉木硫酸盐浆为原料,采用ODHTEOPQP漂序进行漂白,研究了羟基乙叉二膦酸作为Q段螯合剂的应用。结果显示,螯合剂的最佳工艺条件是螯合温度80℃,保温时间90min,其用量为0.4%,pH值为4.35。与DTPA和EDTA的对比实验发现,其螯合效果相近,但因HEDP成本低,具有一定的优势。
Eucalyptus kraft pulp was bleached with ODHTEOPQP sequence, and 1-hydroxy ethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid as the chelator in Q stage was investigated with the metbod of orthogonal experiment. Tile results show that the optimum condition of chelating stage is as follow: temperature 80℃. time 90min, HEDP dosage 0.4% on OD pulp, pH 3.5, in which conditions, the HEDP's chelating efficiency is similar to DTPA and EDTA, but it is more advantageous in cost.
