将涂布机刮刀由气刀改造为刮刀,节约了水、电、煤等各项能源消耗,提高了机器运行效率;节约涂料,改善工作环境;改善了纸张外观性能,提高了纸面的平滑度、光泽度等技术指标,提升了产品档次。
The transformation of air-knife coating machine with blade coater resulted in the energy saving including water, power and coal consumption, and raised the running efficiency, by which the coating color was saved, and the appearance of the products and the physical properties of smoothness, glossiness were improved to raise the product grade.
