33%硫酸镁湿热敷预防PICC机械性静脉炎的效果

目的观察33%硫酸镁湿热敷预防外周留置中心静脉导管(PICC)致机械性静脉炎的效果。方法将80例行PICC的鼻咽癌患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,两组均给予常规护理,治疗组于PICC置管后4小时给予33%硫酸镁局部湿热敷,30min/次,2次/d,连续5d。观察两组机械性静脉炎的发生率。结果治疗组静脉炎发生率为10.00%,对照组发生率为27.50%,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用33%硫酸镁溶液进行湿热敷能降低PICC致机械性静脉炎的发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of 33% Magnesium Sulfate Dressing in Preventing Mechanical Phlebitis of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter （PICC）. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups of treating group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, both were received by routine nursing. Treating group received 33% magnesium sulfate wet heat compression at 4 hours after PICC, had been covered for 5d （30 mirdtimes, 2 times/d）. The incidence of phlebitis was compared between two groups. Results The incidence of phlebitis in those two groups was 10.00% in the treating group, and 27.50% in the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 33% magnesium sulfate wet heat compression can obviously reduce the incidence of mechanical phlebitis by PICC.
