人性化护理在妇科急腹症手术患者中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的分析人性化护理在妇科急腹症手术患者中的应用效果,并提出注意事项。方法将2009年12月~2011年10月收治的2071例妇科急腹症手术患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理干预(病情观察、术前准备、术后干预、心理护理和健康教育),实验组患者在护理干预过程中给予人性化护理,比较两组患者手术前后的焦虑程度、舒适度和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组患者术前焦虑程度和术后焦虑程度均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者安全感更高,对护理工作满意度更高,与对照组比较(P<0.05)。结论采用人性化护理对妇科急腹症患者具有积极的临床意义,可以提高护理质量,降低患者负性情绪。 Objective To analyze the effect of humane care in patients with acute abdomen surgery. Methods 2071 cases of acute abdomen surgery patients admitted to hospital in December 2009 - October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. Control group received routine care intervention (the observation condition, preoperative preparation, postoperative intervention, psychological care and health education), the experimental group were given humane care in the nursing intervention process, the level of anxiety in patients before and after surgery were compared, comfort hospital care and patient satisfaction. Results The level of anxiety in the experimental group of patients with preoperative and postoperative anxiety levels were lower than the control group, patients with a sense of security, satisfaction, compared with the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The humane care and have a positive clinical significance in patients with acute abdomen.
