完善基础护理服务对提高优质护理质量的效果观察

目的观察通过完善基础护理服务后优质护理质量的提高效果。方法改善基础护理管理制度,对护理人员的工作进行评分性考核。对入院接受治疗的患者进行调查问卷,计算其对我科护理质量的满意程度。结果在进行基础护理服务的完善规划之前,护理人员的积极性不能达到最高,在通过对基础护理服务的改革与完善后,护理人员的积极性得到了很大程度的提高。患者对于护理的满意度也得到了提高。结论基础护理是优质护理的基础,只有夯实基础护理质量,才能提高优质护理质量。
