摘要
目的探讨目前国内冰毒滥用患者HCV感染率的情况。方法回顾分析近3年接受住院治疗,有HCV血清学检查结果的冰毒滥用患者,统计其HCV感染率。结果 25.2%的冰毒滥用患者合并HCV感染。结论冰毒滥用患者的HCV感染率远远高于普通人群,采取一定的措施来预防HCV在这一特殊群体中的扩散有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the rate of HCV infection in patients with methamphetamine abuse. Methods We included all the inpatient with methamphetamine abuse, which had HCV blood test result in the medical records in the last three years in our hospital to determine the rate of HCV infection. Results 25.2% patients had HCV infection among methamphetamine abusers. Conclusion HCV infection rate in patients with methamphetamine abuse is much higher than that in general population, and it is very important to take efforts to prevent the broad transmission of HCV among methamphetamine abusers.
