摘要
利用功能性荧光染料5(6)-(4,6-二氯三嗪基)氨基荧光素(DTAF)对棉织物进行染色,考察染液浓度、固色温度对染色后织物K/S值的影响,并系统研究在不同染液浓度下,染色织物的K/S值、反射率曲线、荧光发射光谱的变化规律及相互关系。结果表明:随着染液浓度的增加,染色织物的反射率曲线、荧光发射光谱均发生红移;染色织物的最大反射率值及荧光强度均随织物上染料量的增加呈先增后减的趋势。当染料用量为0.10%(o.w.f)时,染色织物的最大反射率值可达到130%。此外,DTAF可明显改善纯棉织物的抗紫外线性能,当染料用量大于或等于1.00%(o.w.f)时,其染色织物的UPF等级可达到50+,具有优异的抗紫外线功能。
The dyeing of cotton fabric was performed with functional fluorescent dye 5(6)-(4,6-dichlorotriazinyl)amino fluorescein(DTAF).The effect of dye concentration and fixing temperature on K/S value of the dyed fabric was studied.The change rule and relationship of K/S value,reflectance curve and fluorescence emission spectra were investigated by varying dye-bath concentration.The results indicated that as the dye-bath concentration increased,the red-shifting of reflectance and fluorescence emission spectra of the dyed fabric were found.As the K/S value keeps increasing,the maximum emission wavelength and the fluorescence intensity of the dyed fabric increase firstly and then start to drop.When the dye-bath concentration was 0.10%(o.w.f),the maximum reflectivity of the dyed fabric can reach 130%.DTAF can greatly improve the anti-ultraviolet performance of cotton fabrics.When the dye-bath concentration is equal to or greater than 1.00%(o.w.f),the UPF value of the dyed fabric can reach 50+.
