为深入了解防水透湿织物的性能及其发展情况,给研发防水透湿织物提供一定的参考,对不同种类防水透湿织物的性能及发展趋势进行综述。首先阐述防水透湿的微孔质扩散机制和高分子间"孔"及亲水基团传递机制,介绍和归纳了不同加工方法、不同薄膜形态结构及不同性能的防水透湿织物,对不同防水透湿机制、不同高聚物及不同加工方法的防水透湿织物的性能进行分析与探讨。指出防水透湿织物将向环保化、智能化及多功能化的方向发展。

This paper made a review of the properties and developing trends of various kinds of waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics for obtaining a better understanding and providing certain reference for the research and development of this kind of fabrics.It encompasses the principles of microporous diffusion,transmitting through pores between high molecules and hydrophilic groups,different kinds of processing process and films with different structures and properties,and waterproof and moisture permeable principles and the properties of waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics made of different high polymers with different processes.It pointed out that the waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics are developing towards environmental friendliness,intelligence and multifunction.
