Extending and Innovation Road of Allmed's Medical Product Industry Chain——On Experiences of Medical Dressing Production Using Rotor Spinning Technology and Wide Width Air-jet Looms

对纯棉转杯纺细支(Ne32～Ne40)纱线在医用敷料产品的应用进行了实践探索,该实践始于配棉,终于最终的医用敷料产品。通过比较环锭纺纱和转杯纺纱的成纱特点和经济性,得出转杯纺纱更加适合医用敷料产品的结论。通过纺纱和织布工序的整合,形成有效而灵活的产业链对纺织行业降低成本、提高产品档次、增加经济效益是很有益的。

The application of fine Count(Ne 32 ～ Ne 40) rotor spun cotton yarn in the production of medical dressing has been explored from cotton assorting process to the end product.Based on the comparison of yarn forming characteristics and economy economics between ring spun yarn and rotor spun yarn,the result is that rotor spun yarn is more suitable for the production of medical dressing.It is of great benefit for reducing cost,improving product grade and increasing profit to integrate spinning and weaving process and further bring about an effective and flexible industry chain.
