摘要 基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)又称基质溶解素,属含锌的内肽酶家族,参与多种生理过程,如血管重构、纤维蛋白溶酶原的代谢、呼吸道炎症及重构、排卵及组织修复等。病理状态下表达过量的MMP-7参与腹主动脉瘤、动脉粥样硬化、肿瘤、肺气肿、风湿性关节炎、肝及肺纤维化等疾病的发生与发展。现就MMP-7在心血管疾病中的作用、机制及临床意义予以综述。 Matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7),also known as stromelysin,belongs to a family of zinc-dependent endopeptidases,which is involved in many physiological processes such as vascular remodeling,conversion of plasminogen into angiostatin,development of airway inflammation and remodeling,ovulating and tissue repairing etc..Overexpression of MMP-7 also participates in pathological processes such as abdominal aortic aneurysm,atherosclerosis,cancer,emphysema,rheumarthritis,liver and lung fibrosis.Here is to provide a brief review of the mechanism and clinical significance of MMP-7 in cardiovascular diseases.
