摘要
胚外体腔是人类胚胎发育早期形成的一个生理含液体腔,环绕在胚胎/胎儿周围,所含成分可以用于研究孕早期母胚物质代谢和药物对早期胚胎的影响、孕早期产前诊断和移植治疗。在阴道超声引导下,胚外体腔穿刺术最早可在5~6孕周进行。现就胚外体腔的形成、胚外体腔液的成分和生理特点、临床应用及胚外体腔穿刺术存在的问题进行综述。
The exocoelomic cavity is a physiology body fluid cavity formed in the early human embryo,which surrounds embryo/fetus.Coelomic fluid can be applied for many researches such as the biology of materno-embryonic exchanges,the medicine effects on the embryo,prenatal diagnosis and transplantation in the early gestation.Coelocentesis can be performed as early as 5 to 6 weeks of gestation guided by the transvaginal ultrasound.Here is to make a review on the progresses on the formation of exocoelomic cavity,the components and biological features of coelomic fluid,the cilinic application and the existing problems of coelocentesis.
