造影剂肾病的研究现状

Current Status of Research of Contrast Induced Nephropathy

随着介入诊疗及影像医学的快速发展,造影技术在临床已得到广泛应用。造影剂诱发的肾衰竭是目前医院内获得性急性肾衰竭的第三位原因,并且发病率和病死率逐年增加。造影剂肾病(CIN)的发病机制是肾髓质缺血,另外,细胞凋亡、氧自由基损害、免疫因素、肾小管阻塞等也有重要作用。在高血压、动脉粥样硬化等人群中,由于内皮细胞功能损害,更易造成CIN。现就目前研究较热的水化治疗、他汀类药物预防治疗等方法进行分析。

Along with the rapid development of intervention clinics and the medical imaging,imaging technology has been widely used in clinical practice.Contrast-induced nephropathy（CIN）is the third reason of obtained acute renal failure in hospital with a yearly increasing incidence and mortality.The most important mechanism of CIN is in renal medullary ischemia,while apoptosis,oxygen free radical damage,immune factors,tubular obstruction are also important factors.In the population with hypertension,atherosclerosis etc.,due to endothelial cell dysfunction,it′s easier to cause CIN.Here is to make an analysis on the hot research topics such as hydration for treatment and statins for prevention and treatment.
