摘要
随着医学影像技术的不断进步,应用正电子发射型计算机断层扫描(PET/CT)显像对结肠癌进行早期诊断及临床分期、预后评估等已经得到了临床认可。目前应用18F-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)作为PET/CT显像的常规显像剂,由于18F-FDG参与体内葡萄糖代谢,并滞留于体内,所以可以在一定时间内被显像仪检测到,其对肿瘤属于非特异性显像,故新的特异的正电子药物的研发非常必要。同时,18F-FDG PET/CT显像结果受到体位、生理等各种因素的干扰,对结果进行判定时应参考各方面临床资料综合分析。现从显像剂、显像方法、结果判断、临床应用等方面对PET/CT在结肠癌诊断中的应用进行综述。
Along with the improvement of the medical imaging technology,it is ratified for the early diagnosis,clinical staging and prognosis evaluation of colon carcinoma using positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT).Now,18F-FDG is in normal use as the agent,which participates glycometabolism in vivo,and stagnates,so it can be detected in a longer time.But the 18F-FDG is nonspecific for tumours,it is necessary to study new and specific agents.Meanwhile,the results by 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging are interfered by position,physiology and the other factors.Here is to make a review on the application of PET/CT in colon carcinoma from the agents,imaging methods,results decision and clinical application.
