摘要
目的探索建立未成熟猪深低温低流量体外循环(CPB)模型的实验方法。方法采用升主动脉-上下腔静脉插管建立未成熟猪CPB模型,待鼻咽温降至32℃阻断升主动脉,继续降温至鼻咽温20~25℃低流量持续灌注,阻断2 h后开放,进行复温、调整停机,停机后观察血流动力学指标2 h。结果停机后20只乳猪均能顺利复跳,平均动脉压、心率在CPB前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各时间点血细胞比容比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各项血气指标经调整都在正常范围之内。结论未成熟猪CPB模型是更适合临床研究CPB的理想动物模型。
Objective To establish the piglets model under deep hypothermia and low flow cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods Cannulation of the ascending aorta and the inferior and superior vena cava was performed to establish CPB model.When the nasopharyngeal temperature lowered to 32 ℃,the ascending aorta was clamped,all animals cooled to nasopharyngeal temperature of 20-25 ℃,then they underwent low flow perfusion,and then declamped ascending aorta after 2 hours,rewarming and weaning from the CPB,the changes of the hemodynamics were observed for 2 hours.Results 20 piglets had heart successfully restored beating.The mean arterial pressure and heart rate were not significantly different before CPB and after CPB(P〉0.05).The difference of the hematocrit during CPB was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The blood gas analysis was normal after adjustment.Conclusion This experiment shows that piglet CPB model is more suitable for the clinical research.
