摘要
恶性肿瘤对传统抗肿瘤疗法的抵抗促使人们寻找新的更有效的肿瘤治疗方法。研究显示某些细菌在感染人体后对肿瘤细胞生长有抑制作用,某些细菌可以在肿瘤组织中高度聚集,因此可能被用作抗肿瘤药物或基因的载体,细菌毒素同样显示出抗肿瘤的作用,目前对一些细菌已经进行了Ⅰ期临床试验,但各种细菌(包括致病性细菌)与肿瘤的关系仍然有待于进一步研究。
The resistance of malignant tumors to traditional antitumor therapies pushes the search for new and more effective antitumor therapies.Studies reveal that some types of bacteria can suppress tumor cell growth or kill tumor cells,and some other types have the ability of assembling in tumor tissue,thus can be used as vectors for antitumor drugs and genes;bacteria toxins also show antitumor effects,some types of bacteria have gone through phase Ⅰ clinical trials,while the relationship between bacteria,including pathogenic bacteria,and tumors still needs further medical study.
