糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,它是糖尿病患者足部溃疡和下肢非创伤性截肢的主要原因,影响着糖尿病患者的生活质量,增加了患者的住院率和病死率。因此,早期检测出神经病变对预防糖尿病足的发生及改善糖尿病患者的预后有重要意义。目前用于检测DPN的方法较多,各有一定的应用价值,现就各种检查方法进行阐述。

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）is one of the most severe complications of diabetes,which has been identified as a key element in the causal pathway to foot ulceration and other lower-extremity non-traumatic amputation,impaired quality of life and increased hospitalization rates and mortality.Therefore,early detection is essential to prevent diabetic foot and improve the prognosis of patients with diabetes.Currently there are various ways to detect DPN with a certain application value respectively,which are to be elaborated here.
