肾上腺素联合血管加压素在心肺复苏中的疗效研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析心肺复苏时联合应用肾上腺素及血管加压素治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2011年3月在我院急诊科进行救治的74例心跳骤停患者的临床资料。上述患者随机分为肾上腺素联用血管加压素组(治疗组)和标准肾上腺素组(对照组),各37例。观察记录两组自主循环恢复时间、自主循环恢复率及24 h存活率。结果与对照组比较,治疗组的自主循环恢复率、24 h存活率和出院存活率明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组自主循环恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾上腺素联合血管加压素较单独使用标准剂量的肾上腺素能更显著地提高心跳骤停的自主循环恢复率等指标,且临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of combined use of epinephrine and vasopressin in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 74 patients with cardiac arrest who were admitted in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2011,who were divided into control group and treatment group randomly.37 cases in the control group were given standard-dose epinephrine and 37 cases in the treatment group were given epinephrine combined with vasopressin.The rate and time of spontaneous circulation restoration,the 24 h survival rate and the survival rate after discharge were observed in each group.Results The rate of spontaneous circulation restoration,the 24 h survival rate and the survival rate after discharge in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05),and the average time of spontaneous circulation restoration in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Compared with the epinephrine alone,the combination of epinephrine and vasopressin may significantly increase the indexes such as spontaneous circulation restoration rate etc.of cardiac arrest,with affirmative clinical efficacy,worthy of promotion of the application in clinic.
