细辛脑注射液治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果评价

Effect Assessment of Asarone Injection in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的评价细辛脑注射液治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法 100例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组40例,实验组60例。在基础治疗上,实验组给予细辛脑注射液16 mg+5%葡萄糖注射液100 mL静脉滴注,对照组给予氨茶碱0.25 mg+5%葡萄糖注射液100 mL静脉滴注,同时口服特布他林片2.5 mg。观察两组患者每天咳嗽发作的次数及每次发作持续的时间,咳嗽剧烈程度,缓解率,治愈率及药物不良反应发生率。结果实验组显效率为45.0%,有效率为26.7%;对照组显效率为10.0%,有效率为42.5%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为5.0%,对照组不良反应发生率为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论细辛脑注射液治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效明显优于氨茶碱+特布他林的疗效,且其不良反应发生率较低。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of asarone injection in treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods 100 cases of cough variant asthma patients were randomly divided into experimental group of 60 cases and control group of 40 cases.Besides the basic treatment,the experimental group were given 16 mg asarone injection in ＋100 mL 5% glucose injection intravenous infusion.The control group received aminophylline 0.25 mg＋100 mL 5% glucose injection intravenous infusion,together with oral terbutaline tablets 2.5 mg.Daily episodes of cough frequency and each episode duration,cough severity,response rate,cure rate and the incidence of adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The markedly effective rate was 45.0%,effective rate was 26.7% in the experimental group;the markedly effective rate was 10.0%,effective rate was 42.5% in the control group,the differences between the two groups had statistics significance（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 5.0%,while the number of the control group was 70.0%,significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Effect of asarone injection in treatment of cough variant asthma is significantly better than that of aminophylline plus terbutaline,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
