我院2008～2011年出院结核病患者的构成分析

Analysis on the Structure of Tuberculosis Patients Discharged from Our Hospital in 2008-2011

目的分析结核病患者的性别、年龄、职业构成及其变化情况,为结核病的防治提供依据。方法对我院2008～2011年出院结核患者的资料进行分组整理、统计和分析。结果结核病出院人次中,农民的比例逐年增加,其他职业相对下降,男性结核病患者多于女性,老年结核病患者最多。结论人口流动增加和医疗条件差是农村人口患结核病比率高的根本原因,而艾滋病也是结核病的高发人群,政府除提供免费抗结核药物外,还应联合合作医疗,不断扩大受益面,使结核病患者有能力接受治疗。

Objective To get an understanding of the structure of gender,age,and career,and the changes of tuberculosis patients in order to offer basis for the prevention and cure of tuberculosis through the analyzing the data.Methods The data of patients discharged during 2008 and 2011 were grouped,statistically reviewed and analyzed.Results According to the person-time of patients,the proportion of farmer increased gradually by year,other careers′ descended relatively,the number of male were more than female′s,aged patients were the major composition.Conclusion The root cause of high tuberculosis proportion in rural population is the growth of population mobility and bad medical conditions.Moreover,AIDS is a high risk of tuberculosis.Besides offering free anti-tuberculosis drugs,government should implement cooperative medical care to expand the benefit coverage to make the patients able to receive treatment.
