摘要
本文将h指数方法用于科研项目评价,并建立了全新的计算模型,这种方法克服了以前主观因素为主的缺陷,增强了项目评审的客观性。为专家们论证科技项目提供了评价依据,在科研管理领域具有更为广阔的应用前景。
In this paper the method of h-index is used for the evaluation of scientific research items and a new Computational model is constructed.This method overcomes the shortcomings of subjective factors before,strengthens the objection of items＇ evaluation.The evaluation basis for the experts to demonstrate scientific research items is provided,which has more widely practice.
