科技查新项目的统计与分析研究——以上海海事大学图书馆为例

Statistical and Analysis on the Sci-Tech Novelty Retrieval Projects——A Case Study of Shanghai Maritime University Library

阐述了上海海事大学图书馆科技查新工作发展现状,通过对2007-2011年上海海事大学图书馆科技查新项目相关资料,从查新项目的查新目的、检索范围、项目来源、院系分布、委托单位、查新项目月工作量分布等方面进行统计分析,从提高查新服务能力和拓展查新业务等方面为查新工作提出建议和对策。

This paper reveals the development history and current situation of the sci-tech novelty retrieval work of Shanghai Maritime University Library.Through summing up and analyzing the sci-tech novelty retrieval projects of Shanghai Maritime University Library from the year of 2007 to 2011,the statistical analyses focus on the following aspects：purpose of novelty retrieval reports,searching range,subject sources,distribution of faculty,entrustment organizations,month workload,etc.The countermeasures and suggestion have been proposed from aspects of enhancing the service capacity of novelty retrieval and developing the scope of novelty retrieval work.
