摘要
通过对不同温度下灭菌和不灭菌处理毒死蜱在油菜叶面上的降解规律及其影响因子进行研究,分析了环境因子温度与叶面上毒死蜱降解规律的关系。结果表明,毒死蜱在油菜叶面的残留量均随着取样时间的增加而逐渐减少,且农药在施用初期降解较快,后期降解速度缓慢;其对应灭菌处理的半衰期均小于不灭菌处理的半衰期;在温度20~34℃范围内,温度越高,叶面上农药毒死蜱的半衰期越短。
The laws and impact factors of degradations of pesticide chl, orpyrifos on leaf surface of B. campestris L. in steril- ization and nonsterilization environment under different temperatures were studied in this paper. The results showed that chlorpyri- fos residues on leaf surface of B. campestris L. were gradually decreasing as sampling time increasing under different conditions, and pesticide degraded quickly at the early stage, slowly at the late stage after it was sprayed; under four different test conditions their corresponding half-life of sterilization were all much shorter than that of nonsterilization; within temperature range of 20 - 34 ℃, the higher the temperature was, the shorter half-life of chlorpyrifos residue was.
