发展动物农业是高效生态农业的必然选择

Animal Farming is an Inevitable Choice for Efficient Ecological Agriculture

随着社会经济的发展,我国人们生活水平由温饱型向营养健康型转变,动物食品的需求快速增长。为保障动物食品供给,保证食物安全,保持社会稳定,发展动物农业是高效生态农业的必然选择。提出大力发展农区秸秆草业、草原草业、种植高产饲料作物3大草业支柱,为动物农业发展奠定可靠的饲料基础;以养奶牛、养羊和养鸡为重点,发展节粮型养殖业,是动物农业发展的主要方向。

With the development of social economy, the life style of people in our country made the transition from enough eat and wear to the nourishment and health, which induce to the rapid growth of demands for animal product food. To guarantee animal product food supplement, food security and to maintain social stability, it is an inevitable choice for efficient ecological agriculture to develop the animal farming. In this paper, the aulhor proposes that straw, grass and high-yield forage crops as three pratacuhure pillars supply a reliable forage base for animal farming development. It is main direction of animal farming development to promote economized-foodstuffs livestock breeding with focus on cows, sheep and chickens.
