国内抗草甘膦转基因棉花及相关抗性基因研究概述 被引量:3

摘要 详细概述了国内对抗草甘膦基因的发掘、棉花育种中抗草甘膦基因的利用以及研究方法等。我国抗草甘膦的品种培育与专利申请等发展趋势较快,在不同科研单位的合作背景下,积极开展了有关抗草甘膦棉花等作物方面的相关研究,这些研究成果在农业生产利用方面,有助于降低劳动力成本和提高农业生产效率,并对进一步提高我国农业生产竞争力具有重要作用。同时,转基因作物在生物安全性、商业化竞争方面也面临新的机遇与挑战。 According to current research of glyphosate-resistant and transgenic cotton in China, all related studies were summarized in this paper and the principle and method were also showed for utilizing of glyphosate-resistant genes in transgenic cotton breeding. These research results could decrease labor cost, improve productivity and competition ability of agriculture in China. Meanwhile transgenic crops face new oppounities and challenges in bio-safety and commercial competition.
