摘要
在凹凸棒黏土经焦磷酸钠改性基础上,采用高压均质和不同类型表面活性剂对其进行有机化改性,考察了表面活性剂种类、用量和高压均质过程对凹凸棒黏土黏度的影响。研究结果表明,焦磷酸钠和表面活性剂协同改性可提高凹凸棒黏土的黏度,而高压均质处理后可进一步提高黏度。在高压均质压力为20MPa、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵用量为0.5%的条件下,改性凹凸棒黏土黏度最高,与高压均质处理后的焦磷酸钠改性凹凸棒黏土相比,黏度提高了95.5%。
On the basis of the modification of attapulgite clay by sodium pyrophosphate, the attapulgite clay was further organo-modified by different types of snrfactants and high-pressure homogenization technology. The effects of the types and dosage of surfactants as well as the high-pressure homogenization on the viscosity of attapulgite clay were investigated. Results showed that the cooperative modification of sodium pyrophosphate and surfactants may enhance the viscosity of attapulgite clays, and the associated high-pressure homogenization process may further enhance the viscosity. The modified attapulgite clay under the optimal conditions with high-pressure homogenization pressure of 20 MPa and octadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide dosage of 0.5% exhibited the highest viscosity. Compared with the attapulgite clay with high pressure homogenization and modified by sodium pyrophosphate, the viscosity of attapulgite clay increased by 95.5%.
