摘要
针对某云母选矿厂产品品位低、质量低、效益差等问题,研究采用球磨-分级-重选的试验流程,最终可获得品位为9.6%(K2O)、产率为18.87%、回收率为29.88%和品位为6.8%(K2O)、产率为46.92%、回收率为51.33%的2种精矿产品,且尾矿可用作建筑用砂。改造实践表明,该流程改造简单易行,投资小,经济效益显著。
Aiming at a mica concentrator having problems of low grade, low quality and poor economic efficiency, using the trial processes of ball milling-classification-gravity separation, finally the grade, yield and recovery of two concentrate products respectively is K2O 9.6%, 18.87%, 29.88% and K2O 6.8%, 46.92%, 51.33%, and the tailing can be used as building sand. The result of transformation shows that the new process is easy to achieve, low investment and the economic efficiency is significant.
