摘要
为了提高天然沸石的除氟能力,对其进行了氧氯化锆改性研究。X衍射图谱和电镜扫描图谱均显示,改性后有一定量二氧化锆负载于沸石表面和孔道中。静态吸附试验表明,锆改性沸石饱和除氟容量达19.84 mg/g,饱和吸附率达93.4%,除氟性能远优于沸石原矿(56.4%)和酸改性沸石(84.4%)。动态吸附实验结果显示:流速、原水氟质量浓度和填充柱床层高度对锆改性沸石除氟有很大影响,溶液pH值影响不大。当改性沸石用量为5.0g时,最大流速为10.0mL/min,流速为6.0mL/min时可将原始质量浓度在20.0mg/L以内的含氟溶液处理达到国家饮用水含氟标准。
In order to improve the fluoride removal ability of natural zeolite, the modification of natural zeolites mineral by zirconium oxychloride were investigated. Both X-ray diffraction pattern and electron scanning microscopy patterns showed that a certain amount of zirconia was loaded in the channels and on the surface of the modified zeolite. Static adsorption tests manifested that saturated fluoride removal capacity was 19.84 rag/g, adsorption rate was 93.4%, the performance was far superior to crude ore of zeolite (56.4%) and acid-modified zeolite (84.4%). Dynamic test results showed that the concentration of fluoride and bed height had a great influence on fluoride by zirconium modified zeolite, and pH value was not significantly. When the fluoride dosage was 5.0 g, maximum flow was 10.0 mL/min. When the flow rate was 6.0 mL/min, fluoride concentration of 20.0 mg/L could be handled to meet the national fluoride standards.
