摘要
采用静态实验研究了不同因素对改性沸石吸附铁锰效果的影响。结果表明,沸石对单独的铁或锰吸附时出现相似规律,对锰的吸附量明显高于铁,若铁锰共存,存在竞争吸附。沸石粒径、搅拌时间、pH值、原水中铁或锰质量浓度对沸石的吸附量都有影响,对铁或锰质量浓度为250 mg/L的原水,采用2 g 6~10目的沸石,搅拌吸附2.5 h后,铁和锰吸附量分别为46.2μg/g和69.4μg/g。
The effect of different factors on adsorption of manganese and iron by modified zeolite was studied. The results showed that the adsorption effect of zeolite on single iron or manganese were similar, the adsorption capacity of manganese was significantly higher than iron. If the iron and manganese is coexistence in solution, there is competitive adsorption. The mixing time, particle size, pH value, concentration of manganese or iron are all influential to the amount of zeolite adsorption of manganese or iron. when concentration of iron or manganese in raw water is 250 mg/L, with the 6-10 mesh zeolite dosage 2 g, after mixing 2.5 h, the adsorption capacity of manganese or iron are 46.2 μg/g and 69.4μg/g respectively.
