The popularity of mobile devices will lead to the great changes that are how and where to learn and educate.Library can provide readers the resources and services by personal or other mobile devices at anytime and anywhere.Reference librarians can use and apply mobile devices to provide services for the reader in mobile learning environment.The challenges that the libraries are facing includes a rapidly changing technology,the cost of adopting new technologies,the diversity among library users＇ needs and preferences and providing a stable and consistent service.The combination of mobile librarians,mobile readers and mobile content provides a combination of an ideal and ubiquitous library.
