Event in the Perspective of Linguistics and its Study

摘要事件语义学是当今语言学领域的热点课题。就其研究路径来看,现代语言学视野中的"事件"研究存在事件实体论、事件语义基元论、事件逻辑变元论、事件句法功能投射论以及事件语言类型论;各理论路径的侧重点不同,也有各自的难题。在梳理上述理论的基础上,文章从认识论、方法论、研究论题以及系统性角度对事件语义学研究作了简要评述和前景展望。 Event semantics, now a focus of linguistics realm, finds its ranges diversified in five main theoretical approaches： events as objective entities, as semantic primitives, as logical argument variables, as syntactic functional projections, and events as language typologies. Each approach has not only its own emphasis but its puzzle - boxes and problems. The paper then discusses the prospects of event study in terms of epistemology, methodology, research topics and systematicness.
