摘要
戴维·洛奇作为国际知名的文学批评家和小说家,著作颇丰。其小说《小世界》自出版到现在历时20载,魅力仍不减当年。本文通过回顾和梳理《小世界》在中国的接受和研究现状,考察目前国内《小世界》研究的局限性,并分析其在中国语境下的读者接受及其意义。
David Lodge, a world famous literary critic and novelist, has published many literary and critical works. Since its publication in 1984, Small World has enjoyed a high popularity. The article reviews the past studies of the novel in China, examines the limitations and analyzes the reasons of its acceptance and popularity.
