摘要
[目的]确定青海省富硒区对硒(Se)吸收积累能力较强的马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)品种,为该地区富Se产业的发展提供科学理论依据。[方法]采取随机区组排列,主处理为Se处理,分别设不喷Se处理和喷Se处理;副处理为品种,为青薯168、青薯9、青薯2;3次重复,共18个处理。[结果]不施Se处理下,马铃薯块茎中Se浓度的大小为:青薯2>青薯9>青薯168;施Se处理下,马铃薯地下块茎中Se浓度的大小为:青薯2>青薯168>青薯9。喷施Se肥使青薯2、青薯9、青薯168地下块茎中Se浓度均有不同程度的提高。无论施Se与否,3种马铃薯块茎达到了富Se水平。随着马铃薯生育期的延长,青薯168、青薯9、青薯2地下块茎中Se浓度均呈单谷下降的趋势,在出苗后82 d降到最低值。[结论]无论施Se与否,3种马铃薯块茎均达到了富Se水平,且青薯2 Se含量最高。随着生育期的延长,3种马铃薯地下块茎中Se浓度均呈单谷下降的趋势。
[Objective] To determine the potato varieties with high selenium absorption and accumulation ability in selenium-enriched area of Qinghai Province,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for the development of selenium-enriched industry in this area.[Method] A random group arrangement was designed,Se spraying treatment and no Se spraying treatment were designed,main processing for selenium,selenium respectively set processing and spraying selenium treatment;Deputy processing varieties for processing,for Qingshu 168,Qingshu 9,Qingshu 2 three varieties,repeated 3 times,18 treatments.[Result] In no Se treatment group,Se concentrations in potato tuber decreased in the order of Qingshu 2〉 Qingshu 9 〉Qingshu 168;in Se treatment group,Se concentrations in potato tuber decreased in the order of Qingshu 〉2 Qingshu 168 〉Qingshu 9.With Se spraying or not,the Se concentration in all three potato cultivars was at a high level.With the extending growth period of potato,Se concentration in the tuber of Qingshu 168,Qingshu 9 and Qingshu 2 presented a single valley declining tendency,and reduced to the minimum value at the 82nd day after seedling emergence.[Conclusion] With Se spraying or not,Se concentration in all three potato cultivars was at a high level,especially in Qingshu 2.With the extending growth period of potato,Se concentration in the tuber of three cultivars presented a single valley declining tendency.
