摘要
[目的]研究60CO-γ辐照灭菌对秦艽花中龙胆苦苷含量的影响。[方法]色谱柱为Luna C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-浓度0.1%醋酸(15∶85,V/V),检测波长为272 nm,建立HPLC含量测定方法测定秦艽花中龙胆苦苷的含量,并通过测定不同60CO-γ辐照剂量对秦艽花中龙胆苦苷含量来评价60CO-γ辐照灭菌对秦艽花品质的影响。[结果]秦艽花中龙胆苦苷含量随60CO-γ射线照射灭菌剂量的增大而明显降低。[结论]秦艽花及其相应产品不适用采用60CO-γ辐照灭菌。
[Objective] To study the influence of 60^CO-γrradiation sterilization on the content of gentiopicrin in G.macrophylla flowers.[Method] The content of gentiopicrin in G.macrophylla flowers was determined by the reverse HPLC assay method with a Luna C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with methyl cyanides and 0.1% acetic acid(15∶ 85) as mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 272 nm.And the impact of 60^CO-γrradiation sterilization on the quality of G.macrophylla flowers was determined according to its influence on the gentiopicrin content in flowers.[Result] With the increasing dosage of 60^CO-γrradiation sterilization,the gentiopicrin content in G.macrophylla flowers has decreased significantly.[Conclusion] The 60^CO-γrradiation sterilization was not applicable to G.macrophylla flowers and related products.
