猪尿中6种β-受体激动剂残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定 被引量:2

摘要 建立了猪尿中苯乙醇胺A、莱克多巴胺、克仑特罗、西马特罗、特布他林、沙丁胺醇等6种β-受体激动剂在多反应监测模式下超高效液相色谱.串联质谱同时检测的方法。尿样经酶解,调至酸性,经固相萃取技术(SPE)净化富集。6种受体激动剂在0.2-5ng/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好。方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.2ng/mL和0.5ng/mL。考察了0.5ng/mL、1ng/mL和2ng/mL三个添加浓度的回收率。6种化合物的加标回收率为87.2%-106.6%:RSD为1.2%-13.8%。该方法精密度好,灵敏度高,重现性好,能简便、快速、准确地测定猪尿中六种β-受体激动剂。 To develop a method for simultaneous detection of six β-agonists (Phenylethanolamine A, Ractopamine, Clenbuterol, Cimaterol, Terbutaline, Salbutamol) in pig urine using UPLC-MS/MS under MRM mode. The sample was hydrolyzed by enzyme, adjusted to be acidic, and then purified and enriched by SPE. The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.2-5 ng/mL with a good correlation coefficient. The method has a lower limit of detection of 0.2 ng/mL and quantitation of 0.5 ng/mL. Average recoveries for six β -agonists at the spiking levels of0.5ng/mL, 1 ng/mL, 2 ng/mL ranged 87.2%-106.6% with relative standard deviations 1.2%-13.8%. The method had good precision, high sensitivity, and good reproducibility, could be used for the fast, sensitive, and accurate determination of the six agonists in pig urine.
