加强村级财务管理是促进农村经济社会发展的重要举措。根据相关法律规范,结合基层工作实际,逐步建立了闽西北村级财务管理9项制度,以期弥补村级财务管理中的不足,促进农村财务工作的规范化。为相关部门和农村基层财务人员提供借鉴。

Strengthening Village -level financial managment is an important measure for promote rural economic and social development. According to relevant laws, combining elementary work experience, this article summarizes nine effective sys- tems and expects to govern some shortages, provide definite reference for related departments and staffs and urge the stand- ardizing in rural financial work.
