植物学野外实习教学改革的探讨

Exploration of Botany Filed Practice Teaching Reforms

植物学野外实习是高等师范院校生物科学专业实践教学中的重要环节。该文针对植物学野外实习教学过程中存在的问题,从5个方面探讨了提高教学效果的改革措施,即加强指导教师队伍建设,提高实习教学质量;采用多种教学方法,优化教学过程;加强基本技能训练,注重科研能力培养;改革考核内容和方式,综合评价学生素质;做好实习后期工作,巩固深化实习成果。

Field practice is an indispensable part of biologically teaching practice in higher normal university. The existing problems during the process of botany fieldwork are summarized in this paper, and we proposed five aspects of remedial measures to improve teaching and practicing effectiveness. These measures are mainly focusing on ： 1 ） The construction of perfect instructor teams and improvement of the quality of teaching practice ; 2 ） Adoption of multi - teaching methods and optimization of practice teaching process; 3 ） Remarkable improvement of practical ability and cultivation of scientific re- search capabilities ; 4） Reformation of testing contents and assessment methods for evaluating the quality of students in all di- rections ; 5 ） Co - development of follow - up works in teaching practice and consolidation of practical achievements.
