Sea fishing is a fascinating sport with a special feature. Zhoushan has its own advantages in developing sea fishing sport, which is of great significance to and will play a positive role in the construction of the New District of Zhoushan Archipelago. This paper, taking account of the present situation of seafishing in Zhoushan, puts forward some constructive suggestions on its development in this new district.
